J13/821/2016, VAT number 35875580, trading under the name Waterboyz, acting as the "controller" within the meaning of EU Regulation no. 679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), when processing your personal data.

Waterboyz operates and processes personal data in the country of origin, regardless of your location. We respect your data protection rights, whether you are in the country of origin or in another country.

A. Purposes for which we use your data

Waterboyz provides you with suitable playground equipment or designs and arranges children's playgrounds.
Waterboyz offers rental services for products needed for parties, birthdays, or events organization.
Waterboyz provides maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments for components of arranged playgrounds.

B. Collected data

Waterboyz collects the following categories of data: When you want detailed information about our products and services or when you place an order, you provide us with contact information for communication, such as email address, phone number, first and last name, and delivery address. Regarding the provision of certain services, we may request payment or banking information, a handwritten signature, personal data contained in official identification documents.

C. Interests

• The collection of your personal data is done regarding:
• providing support services for answering your questions and orders regarding Waterboyz goods and services or those of Waterboyz partners;
• preparing legal documents;
• fulfilling services and orders, including pickup, validation, and shipping;
• product returns and refunds in accordance with legal provisions;

Regarding your request for data protection rights, you can submit a written request by mail or courier, with confirmation of receipt, or you can personally submit it to the address in Constanța City, Ion Rațiu Street, No. 154, 2nd floor, Constanța County.
