Description
The Transit 1 bus shelter is a refuge space designed for sheltering on rainy days or during intense summer sun for people waiting for public transport. It enhances the safety of passengers by providing a visible and well-lit waiting area.
Shelters are a piece of street furniture that combines utility with aesthetics. They come in various shapes and sizes, with side walls or just a roof. Under the shelter, you can place a bench, and on one of the supports, you can fix a waste bin. The Transit 1 bus station is composed of load-bearing columns enriched with two decorative elements at the ends. The roof is made of honeycomb polycarbonate sheets, supported by a structure of sheet metal ribs and counter-ribs. The back wall is made of honeycomb polycarbonate, ensuring a sturdy yet airy space.
