When a football field is used daily, the natural turf is subjected to overuse, which can lead to unsightly areas and an uneven surface. Synthetic football turf is the perfect solution to increase the number of playing hours without compromising the quality of the field.

All raw materials used in the manufacturing of Waterboyz turf meet international standards for synthetic turf production systems. The PP, PE, and PA fibers used as raw materials are UV resistant, durable, and flexible. The support surface used in the production of the artificial grass layer is environmentally friendly.

Under the careful supervision of FIFA, specific quality standards have been imposed on artificial turf (FIFA Quality Concept). As a result, artificial turf can be used in sports competitions.

The field dimensions can vary, but typically the recommended playing area is 40x20 meters, and the required surface area is 42x22 meters.

Amenajarea terenului sportiv se realizează pe strat suport din beton armat, pentru o durată de viață mai mare, sau pe un strat suport din piatră cu centură de beton, pentru un drenaj optim al apei pluviale sau zăpezii topite. 

Atenție! Terenul necesită ca prim pas în amenajare, decopertarea stratului vegetal.

Opțional, pentru o planeitate optimă, elasticitate și un confort sporit pentru jucători, se poate aplica un underlay sub gazon - ShockPad. Pentru terenurile de fotbal recomandăm ca infill granulele EPDM iar pentru terenurile multisport nisipul cuarțos. Temperatura necesară pentru amenajarea terenului sportiv cu gazon sintetic este de minim 15 grade.
